The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. I’m sure you’ve probably heard about this bill by now through various media outlets. This national bill would ban abortions after 20 weeks, with a few limitations. Similar measures have already passed in many states (including here in North Dakota) and in virtually every country that currently allows abortions.
