Now that the North Dakota legislative session has concluded, I’m making time to get out and meet with you, our ministry partners. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts about things on which Kansas Family Voice of North Dakota should focus.
You may get a call from me in the coming weeks to set up a time to meet. I know we are all very busy, but just a quick cup of coffee would be great. Besides, I’m pretty sure that I’ve now found the best coffee shops!
I’m so thankful for each and every one of you. I love meeting with you, because it is encouraging to hear how passionate you are for the causes we stand for here at Kansas Family Voice of North Dakota.
Passion is what often keeps us going. We definitely pray for you and for our organization to be effective, but passion is what encourages us to do more for God’s kingdom when things get challenging.
We know you share that passion, so to the extent we can encourage each other to keep that flame burning brightly, God’s kingdom is furthered. As it says in Galatians 6:9, “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
Please know that when the legislature is not in session, our work does not end.
We spend time strategizing on policy issues, engaging churches, producing scorecards on how each legislator voted on key issues, coordinating with partner organizations, and monitoring local policy issues.
To do this, we need your faithful financial support. If God has blessed you with the means to contribute, we greatly appreciate your support. We’ve tried to make it easy by simply going to our webpage and contributing with either a tax deductible or non-deductible gift.
Together, by God’s grace, we have been promised that God’s kingdom shall prevail!
Sincerely,
Mark Jorritsma
Executive Director
